Since June 2022, has led Silvan, Denmark’s leading DIY retailer, with the goal of making the company the most convenient and accessible destination for its customers. He has over 20 years of experience at Silvan in various leadership roles, including Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), contributing significantly to the company’s strategic development and turnaround.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration from Aarhus University, Klaus is recognized for his strategic mindset, expertise in product, category, and process development, and experience with international partnerships in Asia and Eastern Europe. As a leader, he focuses on developing talent, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring an effective and motivated team.
