Fotis is a Digital Architect with almost 30 years of experience in the digital retail field. He has held various positions (GM, Chief Innovation Officer, Director of eCommerce, etc), in large domestic and international organizations (Panathinaikos BC, Fais Group, ATCOM, etc)
and has been awarded for his projects with over 30 industry awards, amongst with as ‘ the ‘Digital and AI Personality of the Year (2026)’, the ’Digital Strategist of the Year (2023)’, the ‘Digital Manager of the Year (2019)’, etc.
Fotis was also a founding member and held the Chairman position at the Greek Ecommerce Association (GRECA). He is a frequent keynote speaker on eCommerce and AI-related events and frequently posts his thoughts, focusing mostly on Customer Experience, Behavioral Economics and AI.
Fotis has been certified as the first Greek AI Expert by Lovable, and carries a series of Anthropic certifications on AI fluency (for Builders, for Creative Work, for Small Business and for Education). Fotis also holds certifications from Harvard, Google, Microsoft and the CXL Institute, amongst others.
Nowadays, Fotis works as an Applied Intelligence Architect, through his AI Agency, INFERA, and participates on the management board of many tech and AI-related start-ups.
