He was born in Thessaloniki on 18/08/1967. He is a graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He began his professional career in construction companies as a design and supervising engineer on numerous private and public projects. He then worked for many years in companies producing building materials. He has extensive know-how in building products, technology and materials certification, as well as long-standing experience in the construction sector.

He has collaborated with experienced craftsmen and engineers of various specialties, closely following developments in modern construction and technology. For many years, he has participated, as a lecturer and invited speaker, in scientific conferences, workshops, seminars, as well as in numerous events of scientific and production bodies such as the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE), SEV, SEVE and the German-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

He has been working at Isomat since 2000. Until 2009 he served as Head of the Technical Support Department, then he took over as Director of Technical Support and Marketing of the company. He currently holds the position of Director of Research & Development and Technical Support.
